Five Jazzercise Classes Ten Jazzercise Classes Customers can choose from a variety of classes, from low-impact, dance-based cardio to weight and resistance training. Available class formats include Dance Mixx, Express, Fusion, Core, Interval-Dance Mixx, LO-High Intensity, Strength 30 or Strength 45. We offer 40 different class times per week led by professionally trained instructors to motivate you and a supportive communtiy to help you reach your fitness goals.
